About Sarah
Sarah has been working in the property industry for over 30 years. Much of her experience has been in the management of shopping centres, retail and mixed-use schemes. She has worked on large schemes including Battersea Power Station, King’s Cross and Liverpool One. She has formed long working relationships with clients such as Grosvenor Estates, Broadgate Estates (former subsidiary of British Land) and Stanhope. She is currently working as Director of Property Management for the Momentum Group as they build their growing property management department.
Over the last decade her focus has shifted to advising clients on the overall strategies for mixed-use schemes from the pre-construction phase, during construction, through to the final management set-up phase. This includes writing and developing management strategies, proposed service charge budgets and matrix frameworks that can assist the leasing teams in the letting process prior to completion of the development.
Sarah graduated from Reading University in 1991, and became a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 1994.
